Shipping Policy

We guarantee your purchase to arrive in perfect condition. We currently are offering free shipping on all online purchases, this will include shipping insurance. (Free shipping is limited to within the continental United States)

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. (up to 3 week delivery time for Reflections product)

In the rare occasion that your choice is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. Please make sure this contact information is available.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all delivery addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.

21-Day Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You may return any unworn and unaltered piece within 21 days. Rings are not returnable after sizing.

In order to make a return, you must call us to receive a return authorization number at 1.800.341.3345. Please return the item by UPS, US MAIL, or FED-EX, and include a copy of your receipt. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you find will be able to verify receipt.

Our graduate gemologists will inspect your return and we will gladly exchange, replace or credit your charge card. All special order sales are final. Your return authorization number must appear on the outside of the box under your return address.
